Digital Moran is a Kenyan NGO empowering youth with tech skills and career opportunities. Velion Consulting built their full agency platform from scratch — a system that handles gigs, jobs, real-time chat, dispute resolution, and AI-powered opportunity matching.
The Challenge
Digital Moran was operating manually — posting opportunities on WhatsApp groups, matching mentors via spreadsheets, and losing track of applicants. They needed a centralized platform that could scale their mission without scaling their admin overhead.
