Traffic Buddy is a free, interactive driving theory platform built for Kenyan learner drivers preparing for their NTSA licensing exam. Instead of memorizing a Highway Code book, learners work through real Kenyan road scenarios, road signs, and mock exams — all bilingual in English and Swahili.
The Challenge
Thousands of Kenyans sit the NTSA driving theory test every year. The only preparation option was a printed Highway Code book — no interactive learning, no practice tests, no feedback. Failure rates were high and learners had no way to gauge their readiness.
